Reverence To The Holy Prophet

(I begin with the blessing emanating from the ineffable
 name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful)

    The Messenger of Allah is the blessing and mercy of Allah incarnate and he is the very raison de’tre of all the worlds. Therefore the Messenger being a personification of the blessing of Allah is a blessing for all the worlds.

    Q. Why the name of Allah?

    A.   According to religious scholars the name of Allah is Allah. Then why don't we say. "In Allah which is the very name of Allah"?

    Rather we say: "In the name of Allah" or "In the blessing of the name of Allah" which shows that neither can reason comprehend nor can tongue express the personal name of Allah. Therefore suffice it to say that it is the blessing of the name of Allah. Allah's being/nature is unprecedented and transcendent and so too is His name which no letters can express or stand for. Had the name of Allah been comprehensible / expressible, it would not have been unequalled and unique.

    Letters (or words) are Creation; they have been created. God is not a creation or He does not owe Himself to creation. We therefore cannot comprehend His name. Letters are attributes, which though they are related to the Being, are yet not the being itself.

    For example:

    There is a person who knows how to manufacture a car, how to build a house and how to run the affairs of the world (or how to do many other things), but we have not Seen him. We would therefore be able to praise his ability and creativity and business acumen on the basis of his attributes, but we would never have a fair idea of his speech, demeanor and complexion. Only after we have seen him, we would be able to profile him properly.

    The word "Allah" the Messenger gave us to call our Lord by. The paraphrase of "Allah" is 'Al' 'La" meaning: There is nothing but He. This is "Everything is Him."

    At places the last syllable of the word 'Allah' is 'hay' which means "even now is" at other places it reads 'Ha' meaning "was" ; and yet at other places it sounds 'Ho' which means will remain even after the end of all the worlds". The secret of Oneness is pretty long, but it is briefly given here.

(There is no deity but He and Muhammad Rasool Allah is the Messenger of Allah)

    Who has personally known Him". or "who has the absolute realization of Him". When Allah created Gabriel, He asked him: "Is there anything around"?

    The angel replied "There is nothing but Thee--Allah". But Allah said: "Mohammad Rasool Allah the Messenger of Allah who has absolute realization of Myself is also there." By then the blessed soul of Mohammad Rasool Allah had been manifested.
