Hamayun Aziz Kurd son of Mir
Ezat Aziz Kurd was born on July 18, 1967 in District
Bolan of Balochistan Province.
He got his early education
from Tameer-e-Nau Public School, Quetta and did BBA from
Karachi.
Mir Hamayun Aziz Kurd belongs
to a well known political family of Balochistan. His grand
father Mir Abdul Aziz Kurd was a Naib Prime Minister of the
State of Kalat from 1946 to 1948.
He remained posted on various
political and administrative positions in the state of Kalat.
The family of Mir Hamayun Aziz Kurd associated with National
Awami Party after the establishment of Pakistan.
The Father of Mir Hamayun Aziz
Kurd was a Secretary of the Government of Balochistan.
He started his political
career as political and social worker from 1994 to 1995 and
took part in the Local Bodies Election 2001.
He was elected as Nazim of
Tehsil Mach, District Bolan, He took part in the General
Election of 2008 from NA 267 Bolan Jhal Magsi and own the
election.
After the Election, he joined
the Pakistan Peoples Party and was inducted in the Cabinet as
Federal Minister for Population Welfare
