B. Motivation through fair & just treatment of constabulary.

1. Fair and just treatment in matters of posting, promotion, seniority, career planning.
2. Fair system of reward and punishment.
3. Allocation of limited residential quarters on fairly drawn criteria.
4. Grant to windows. Monthly stipend at the rate of Rs. 1,000/- and Rs. 500/- per month to 135 windows.
5. Grant to ailing officials for medical treatment.
6. Dowry grant. Increased from Rs.5,000 to 8,000.
7. Grant of Rs.100,000 from R&W fund to the family of a deceased police man.

C. Other accomplishments.

1. Computerization of data regarding CTP has been initiated.
2. To maintain financial discipline a thorough order of CTP was carried out.
3. Realizing the financial constraints the fuel ceiling and installation of CNG kits was started.
