because of its exposure from all side. Although the CTP is trying to put
in its best within the available resources, this thing is affecting the
general crime performance.
The
presence of a large number of Afghan and other refugees and also and even
bigger number of laborers working in the factories and construction works,
who come to Islamabad on daily basis, is full of criminal elements.
